There is a near-limitless range of activities available to you in the area around the apartments. Here are a few examples of the things you could take part in:

Cycling

Take time to cycle the converted old railway lines that run near the scenic River Ebro and also inland following the narrow, winding mountain river of the Canaletta.

Caves

Just outside Benifallet you will find a series of caves discovered in the sixties. In the caves you will find a collection of curious stalagmite and stalagtites and other formations.

In the hills behind the Chapel of La Pietat, Ulledocona you can also find cave shelter paintings showing hunting scenes dating back to Neolithic times.

Spanish Civil War sites

During the last phases of the Spanish Civil War, the mountains and valleys saw some of the fiercest fighting of the war - the wars' last front being the River Ebro.

British volunteers were involved in fighting for the Republican side during what was known as the Battle of the Ebro. Local information can be found in Gandesa's small war museum.

Theme Park

Universal Studio's Port Aventura Theme Park is just under an hour away by car and train. It boasts five themed lands including China and the Wild West. There is something for the whole family as each land provides authentic cuisine, live shows and attractions. It makes a very enjoyable day out for the whole family. The park is located just outside Salou, which also has a large aqua park.
